Past programs: see what each client has already done

When you assign a client a new plan, the old one does not disappear. Theron keeps every earlier workout and meal program on the client's record, with its dates, how long it ran and why it ended.

Why a coach needs the history, not just the current plan

Building the next block starts with knowing what the last one was. Without a history you rely on memory or a scrolling chat, and a plan that was edited or deleted since is gone. A kept snapshot lets you see what the client actually ran, so the next program builds on it instead of repeating it.

How program history works

Step 1

Assign a new plan

When a client moves to a different workout or meal plan, the previous one is moved to their past programs.

Step 2

Open the client

Past programs sit on the client detail screen, next to their current plan and their logged workout history.

Step 3

See how it ended

Each program shows its start and end dates, how many days it ran, and whether it was replaced, completed, cancelled or removed.

Step 4

Open a program day by day

Expand any program to see its days, with rest days marked, exactly as the client received it.

Kept as the client received it

A plan that was later renamed, edited or deleted still shows exactly as it was assigned.

Workouts and meal plans together

Both kinds of program are kept, so you can look back at training and nutrition in one place.

Clear on why it ended

Replaced, completed, cancelled or removed, so you can tell a finished block from an abandoned one.

Nothing to maintain

It builds itself as you assign plans. There is no extra step and no spreadsheet to keep.

Who uses program history

Coaches planning the next block

Checking what a client already ran, and for how long, before building the next program.

Gym owners handing over a member

A new coach can see everything a member has been through before their first session.

Nutritionists reviewing changes

Looking back at earlier meal plans to see what was tried before the current one.

FAQ

Program history — common questions

Can I see the programs a client has already done?▾
Yes. The client detail screen lists every previous workout and meal program with its start and end dates, how many days it ran, and why it ended: replaced by a new plan, completed, cancelled or removed.
What happens to a plan if I edit or delete the template later?▾
The client's past program keeps the version they were given. Renaming, editing or deleting the template afterwards does not change what their history shows.
Does it keep meal plans as well as workouts?▾
Yes. Past workout programs and past meal plans are both kept and listed together.
Can I see the day-by-day plan of an old program?▾
Yes, by opening it. Days are shown in order with rest days marked. A program that has no saved day-by-day record says so rather than showing an empty list.
