What 10–500 seats actually cost

The first 10 seats are €29.99. Seats 11–25 add €2.00 each, and every seat from 26 up adds €1.60. That is the whole formula — there is no enterprise tier with a hidden number.

Buying in the app instead

The same dashboard is sold as fixed seat bundles through the App Store and Google Play, at the same figures. Buy on the web if you want a seat count between the bundles, or if you would rather the receipt came from us than from Apple.

Pricing — common questions

What is a member seat?▾
One seat is one member you have invited and who has an active record in your dashboard. You buy seats in a block and fill them as your member list grows. A member who leaves frees their seat for the next one.
What happens when I add or remove seats?▾
Seat changes on the web are billed pro-rated: you pay the difference for the remainder of the current period rather than a fresh full month. Add seats the day you sign a new member and remove them when the list shrinks.
Do my members pay anything?▾
No. Every member you invite gets the full Theron app on iOS and Android at no cost to them, including 5 AI food scans and 25 barcode scans a day. Their seat is what you are paying for.
Is there a free trial, and does it need a card?▾
Creating an account starts a 7-day free trial with no card required. If you want longer, ask us — we grant a full free month on request for gyms that tell us about their setup.
Is it cheaper to buy in the app or on the web?▾
Neither. The web tiers were realigned to match the in-app seat bundles exactly, so 10, 25, 50 and 100 seats cost the same figure in both channels. The web is the only place you can buy a seat count that is not one of those four bundles.
What about personal plans, for training myself?▾
Those are separate and cheaper: Fuel at €4.99, Burn at €9.99 and Peak at €19.99 a month, bought as in-app purchases. They are for individuals, not for managing clients — see the personal plans section below.
Can I cancel?▾
Yes, at any time, from the billing page in the dashboard or from your App Store / Google Play subscriptions. There is no annual contract and no cancellation fee.
Are taxes included?▾
No. All prices shown exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout based on your billing country.
