Permanent action — cannot be undone
Deleting your account permanently removes all your personal data, health data, food logs, workout history, and uploaded images. This action cannot be reversed.
Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Theron app:
- Open the Theron app
- Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion — your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Request Deletion by Form
If you no longer have access to the app, submit your deletion request below. Enter the email address linked to your Theron account and we will process it within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Health data — food logs, body measurements, workout history, macro targets — deleted immediately
- Account data — email, profile, settings — deleted within 30 days
- Food scan images — never stored beyond the AI analysis request; nothing to delete
- AI-generated plans — deleted immediately
What Is Retained
- Payment records — retained for 7 years as required by Greek tax law. These records contain only transaction identifiers, not health data.
- Support ticket history — retained for 2 years for legal compliance.
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges:
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Theron → Cancel
- iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Theron → Cancel
